It was love at first bite.  The Chipotle Chicken is a "must get" for Chicagoans and Rick Bayless fanatics. The deets?  Gunthorp chicken, chipotle-roasted tomato sauce, artisan Jack cheese, avocado, black beans, & arugula.  Paired with XOCO's salsa, it was divine.  It was like I hit the lottery and only spent $9.50.  I'll be back again, that's feerrr surrrrre.  PS.  I have a whole new respect for food photogs. XX
